WORSHIP AND MUSIC 

At Holy Cross, we are proud of the music in our worship services.  Both traditional and contemporary services are offered on a regular schedule.  Some of our music includes Senior Choir, SonRise Sounds Handbell Choir, the Golden Angels Youth Handbell Choir and Free Spirit.
 

Traditional services involve music by the Senior Choir and the handbell groups.  Contemporary services feature Free Spirit--our own contemporary Christian music group.  Our Sunday School children provide musical praise at both types of services.
  

Worship and Music Board

Mission:  We will provide a spirit-filled worship experience where people of God may gather for the reception of grace, empowerment of service and the praise of Jesus.

In order to do this we will place an emphasis on music as a regular, vital and integral part of the worship service.  A choice of worship styles (traditional and contemporary) will strengthen the bonds of spiritual fellowship among our members, creating a sense of Christian community, enabling all those attending worship services to feel welcome, and ensure spiritual life and mission in worship experiences.
