Welcome to the Congregational Life Page!

Our mission is to promote a sense of community and caring among members of this congregation, to promote Christian fellowship through group activities and support groups so that we can share God's love as a warm, friendly and caring Christian family.

During the year, we organize ministry to the elderly and shut-in members and those in personal need.  We also support the Union Gospel Mission, CHUM and World Hunger Relief programs as part of our outreach in the community and beyond.

We are involved in many different activities throughout the year.  Here is a sampling of them:

*Adopt A Family program during the Christmas season

*Continuously collect books hygiene items, magazine and puzzles for the Union Gospel Mission

*Continuously collect food for the local Food Shelf

*Coordinate All Saint's Day events

*Host Agape Dinners at the Union Gospel Mission in the spring and fall

*Host a Church Picnic in the summer

*Host a Family Fun Night during the winter

*Host the annual Senior Tea in the fall

*Provide Nursery Care during worship services

*Support Habitiat for Humanity

*Support the Mission Nicaragua trip

*Support World Hunger Relief through the Lutheran World Relief Coffee Project

*Tape record worship services for homebound/shut-in members
