  • Advanced Ticket Purchase Is Not a Guarantee of a Meal: If you purchased advanced ticket(s), that does not guarantee you a meal at the event. While we strive to provide meals for all ticket holders, circumstances beyond our control, such as unexpected high demand, may affect meal availability.

  • Refund Policy in Case of Sell-Out: In the event that our fundraising drive-thru dinner sells out, and we are unable to provide you with a meal, we will offer a full refund for your advanced ticket purchase. We are committed to ensuring that every ticket holder is treated fairly and provided with a refund promptly.

  • For the safety of all participants and to ensure the smooth flow of traffic, walk-up orders cannot be accommodated at this Drive-Thru Dinner. All meals must be picked up by vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Each homecooked to-go meal includes:

  • Fresh Baked Dinner Roll

  • Homemade Frosted Pumpkin Bar

The Holy Cross Swedish Meatball Fundraising Dinner has been a beloved tradition for many years, bringing together church members and the wider community for an evening of delicious food and fellowship.
